Понадобился плагин, который при вводе определенной команды мог бы:
1. Сделать игрока невидимым.
2. Сделать игрока бессмертным.
3. Запретить ставить/разбивать/подымать/выкидывать блоки.
4. Дать возможность полета.

Перерыл весь dev.bukkit.org, ничего подобного не нашел, надеюсь помогут тут:)

Vanishing

/vanish
  • Basic vanish toggle
  • If config fakeannounce.automaticforsilentjoin is enabled, after a no-announce join there will be a fake announce here
  • Permission node: vanish.vanish
  • Alternate command: /v
    • Note: For all /vanish commands, can replace 'vanish' with 'v'
/vanish fakequit
/vanish fakejoin
  • For fake quit, will ensure you are invisible and will fake an announcement unless already faked. Reverse for join.
  • To force a fake announcement, put 'force' at the end, and it will always announce
  • Permission nodes: vanish.vanish, vanish.fakeannounce
  • Alternate command:
    • Can replace 'fakequit' with 'fq' and 'fakejoin' with fj.
    • Can replace 'force' with 'f'
/vanish on
/vanish off
  • Set oneself visible or invisible. A toggle-free /vanish
  • Add 'fake' at the end to send a fake announcement.
    • This feature requires vanish.fakeannounce permission node
  • Permission node: vanish.vanish
Toggling

  • List features you can toggle
  • Command /vanish toggle <option>
    • Toggles the option stated
    • List of options:
      • see - See vanished players
      • nopickup - Block picking up dropped items
        • Can also toggle with /np
      • nofollow - Block mobs from targeting you
        • Can also toggle with /nf
      • nointeract - Block any interactions
        • Can also toggle with /ni
        • Block breaking
        • Block placing
        • Pressure plates, buttons, other redstony things
        • Hit things
      • nohunger - Prevent losing hunger (or gaining!)
        • Can also toggle with /nh
      • nochat - Prevent chat
        • Can also toggle wth /nc
      • chests - Silent chest opening (read only)
      • damage-in - Block being hurt
      • damage-out - Block hurting others
  • Alternate command: Can replace 'toggle' with 't'
  • Permission node: See permissions documentation for all toggle permissions

  • List effects you can toggle
  • Command /vanish effects <option>
    • Toggles the option stated

      • smoke

Вот именно. Этот плагин подходит только под пункт 1 и частично под 3. А нужно всё это в 1 команде(
 
Вряд ли кто-то напишет такой плагин. Ведь для большинства он абсолютно бесполезен. Я б написал, но в связи с его ненадобностью воздержусь от этого.

Возможно кто-то и займется=) Очень сильно надеюсь, что я не один, которому нужен такой плагин)
 
Уже есть, KillCam называется.
В любом случае, если он не работает, за небольшую сумму могу написать такой плагин (займет от получаса до суток, в зависимости от занятости).

Версия действительно староватая, но я все еще надеюсь что найдется доброволец, который сможет актуализировать плагин :(
 
Так уж и быть, взялся за работу над плагином.
Сразу говорю, вставлю много рекламки, раз мне денег не продонатят :C
