Так же меня крашит, когда я выключаю шейдеры на горячую клавишу.

Ну так ты саму ошибку покажи. Она в файле C:\Users\vadim\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\hs_err_pid15308.log

я без понятия что делать. Я вообще на этот сайт впервые в жизни зашел, так на нем еще и все на английском

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION - ошибка самой виртуальной машины, поэтому точную причину назвать сложно.
Для начала установи последнюю стабильную версию OpenJDK 17. Последнюю я вижу 17.0.2, откуда у тебя 17.0.3 - хз, возможно тестовая сборка.
Если не поможет - обнови драйвера видеокарты. Ошибка возникла при рендере, возможно это как-то связано.
Если и это не поможет - остаётся только удалять моды и искать виновника. Но вообще странно, если мод вызывает EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
