Помогите Как сделать задержку на команду в Essentials?

Как сделать задержку на команду в Essentials?Хочу сделать задержку на команду /bc но не знаю как помогите

Вообще лень в конфиге покопатся? Строки в конфиге от 652 до 665:

# Specify cooldown for both Essentials commands and external commands as well.
# All commands do not start with a Forward Slash (/). Instead of /msg, write msg
