Помогите как включать и выключать дюп с рамкой

ку, я бы хотел чтобы в моем анархосервере 1.12.2 можно было включать и выключать дюпы с рамкой. Не подскажите плаигин?
P.S. я попытался там с illegalstack но не получилось вот кфг:
