Не открываютя сундуки, печки, ендерсундуки, печки, верстаки у обычных игроков, а у донатеров открываются, в permissions у донатеров все права прописывал сам.

На привате стоит флаг use, а у тебя уже донат группы начиная с Модера, имеют права - worldguard.* то есть все права приватов.
