Помогите Не работает ChatManager вместе с PEX на 1.12.2

Ребят, объясните как настроить плагин СhatManager на PEX. Много гуглил был только один код:

enable: true
message-format: <%prefix%player%suffix> %message
global-message-format: <%prefix%player%suffix> &e%message
ranged-mode: false
chat-range: 100.0

Но я так понимаю это для ранних версий, файл конфигурации для сервера на 1.12.2 выглядит так:
