Помогите Отключение урона для АФКашников

Посидев и поискав подобные темы на форуме обнаружил, что таких нет (ну или я слепой).
В общем.. Из названия я думаю ясно, что нужно отключить урон для игроков которые находятся в режиме АФК. Но нужно отключить ВЕСЬ урон!

Буду надеяться, что такое возможно. Возможно, что нужен доп плагин... Если так, то скажите название, а уже разберусь что да как.
P.s Но и от вашей помощи не откажусь 🙂
P.p.s. 1.7.10 версия (если важно)

Какая именно строка отвечает за это? Может она отключена у меня (закоментирована).
